Not only you need to beg top diggers for a digg, most stories make it to the front page only if they are submitted for top diggers. I once submitted an article on my site to digg, and it disappeared, then, a top digger (msaleem) submitted it and all of a sudden my site was on digg front page. Digg is powerful when you have good social networking...but even then sometimes it didn't works out there. Also, nowadays there seems to be lot of pics and videos piling up!!
